Hubertus Stag Leverlock Auto

This is a leverlock auto by Hubertus with stag scales. It's old enough to be marked as made in West Germany. The drop point blade has a mirror finish. It has some fine hairline scratches. The blade looks a lot nicer in "real life" than it does in my macro close ups. The pics make the finish look "grainy" which it is not and also really exaggerates the scratches which are hardly noticeable with the knife in hand. The stag handles are in very nice condition. No damage, just some patina with age. The nickel silver double bolsters show some minor patina and aging, but very nice for its age. Opens with a nice snap. Knife only, no box/papers. These sell for upwards of $250 at a custom knife shop in Arizona. POIFF
