This unit is OD green and includes the frame and straps, and is ready to go. It has > 9 < pockets in addition to the main compartment; I can't find an exact volume spec for it, but if you can't fit your stuff in here, you should rent a U-Haul!!!
A great high-quality pack but too big for me. I bought it from someone who reportedly did not use it, but the straps look used. They may be surplus (the frame is) but everything is ship-shape.
