here's one i ground from .220 thick 52100, it measures 16 1/2'' , and just under 2'' at the widest point. i refered to it as a camp knife for a lack of a better catagory to list it as. I myself feel it would be great for cutting up deer and other game, and could find alot of uses for it in camp as well.
The scales are similar to g-10, pins are 1/4'' aluminum and mosaic. The blade has been differentially heat treated and etched. I really like how this one feels in hand, but thats just my opinion,
