HUGE Thanks to Garth .....

Man, those NO's look awesome. I really like the spacers. That is so cool looking.

Great knife.

Maybe we could ask Jerry to make the rest of us one after the Anniversary SH has run it's course.

Gosh, what a beautiful pair of knives...they turned out great!

Big congrats!

Now, that's a knife that can really make your mood for the rest of the week! Thanks for sharing these pictures. Did you ask for these replacement handle scales in particular or, did you leave it up to Garth to decide?

I am soooooooooooo jealous I can't stand it..

Must..... go...... chuck...... some....... INFI........ into..... neighbor's..... spruce tree.

The shop worked with me on what I wanted in this particular case. I understood going into this endeavor that changing the handles on a knife is not necessarily the highest priority in the shop and may take some time to fit into their busy schedule.

I thought those looked great, but I don't think it's Snakeskin.

Both blades have Snakeskin micarta ..... the Custom Shop one has the Sage G-10 bolster as well. Hope this helps.

And a pic of it's newest sibling:

. . . . .

Anybody else notice how well the G10 and micarta layers match up / line up on this one???

Very nicey done!!!

And Ron... That BBSHSH ain't goin' nowhere!!!
How about a cold steel tanto??? :p :D

.

I still can't get the true feeling of how nice those are.
I think the best way for me to really appreciate them is for you to send them to me for inspection. :D

Play around with your depth of field on your new Nikon a little more to get the entire knife in focus.

Those are sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!

Planning on getting the standard handles on my HH redone to something in the Magnum size. Ideas to ponder!!
