So...saw the knife manufacturer "Hultafors" mentioned in a mora thread. Decided to go to the website and see what it was alllllll about. Darn...all in Swedish...that's ok...ill us a free on line translator....here is what i got. interesting use for what i think should be sheath. (If someone wants to correct me lemme know).

Swedish version:
HANTVERKARKNIV HVK

English version:

HANTVERKARKNIV HVK
Knife-developed and tailored to the needs FINDINGS made of Japanese steel knife. A unique feature of attaching the vagina :paround the button in professional clothes that do not come off, while it is easy to remove. Razor blade is made of 2.5 mm carbon steel, which härdats to 58-60 HRC.

• Eggen is sanded in several stages with a final bryning of leather disc.
• stalk and the vagina  is made of extra-tough type PP plastic.
• sheath is a great choice in the belt button. Is slick, thick, cut out the little pin on the lid.
• Knife in the 50-pack supplied in the shoulder bag of strong textile that can be reused as bag / cool box.
• Hantverkarkniv HVK-PH delivered by cardboard sleeve instead of the vagina :D. Should the red words be sheath?

I know...im older than 12 but that was just toooo funny

Here is the translator i used: http://www.stars21.com/translator/swedish_to_english.html . If u believe i made this up..just go to that website and copy/paste the swedish version in there....

i remember one of my friends who was way into latin in highschool telling me that the latin root for the words sword and sheath came from their words for phallus and vagina. still funny yes, haha. -CB

Customer - "I can't get my knife back in the sheath"

Hultafors Rep - "Have you tried spitting on it?"

I know. I know. That's horrible. LOL:foot:

Yes, they should. Amusingly enough, the translator isn't incorrect. The word does mean 'vagina', too. Those bloody Swedes. :D
