Some great shots, fog is so hard to get in a photo, nice job.

I love the woods, that why I moved to the country some 25 years ago, haven't seen a person of heard a car go by in the last 6 hours. I have a stream less than 100 meters from the house running through my backyard, woods all around me the Delaware river a mile down the road and animals everywhere, it's nice to have place like you have to get away to, so many people never get out of the city and its a shame. Here I know people who've lived an hour from NYC and have never been farther than 15 miles from their farms.

Still there's beauty and peace everywhere, it's just sometimes you have to look a little harder to find it but when you do it's oh so worth it.

Hoping you and yours had a nice Christmas and hope you have a great New Year Andi.

And you are so right about this place.
After the Spydercoforums which was my second home for a good 4 years I have never found a place I felt home like over here ;)
I may not post as often or have much wisdom or graeat pics to share, but I would like to wish you and the rest of this great place a great 2014!

Looks like a good place for a walk..although I was worried I might see a little cottage made of sweets or a strange tower with beautiful singing coming from a window at the top and no way in.:D
