So we got about 10" of snow last night. After shoveling out and having lunch I decided to go out for a hunt. I've got enough meat already for this year so It was more like an excuse to go out in the woods. What a wonderful afternoon!!

She came in about 20 min after I got settled down. Saw about 10 my entire time out there, but she was the closest. (about 40 yards)

Nice shots. I did the same thing yesterday... it was in the teens, but the sun was shining in the morning and I couldn't resist spending the day in the woods.

Yeah she's about center (height) of the pic off to the left looking at that funny blob up in a tree freezing hisself.
 
Very nice. Isn't it great getting out into the woods, settling down and letting them get quiet, then just watching what goes on out there?
