No sir, that is a first for me. We always make sure that bear is well-cooked, but I like the idea of knowing for sure.
 
The Pehota designed TRC Splinter 120 has increasingly gotten my attention recently. This thread may just have given me the push I need. It looks versatile enough to go from kitchen to field craft. (See what I did there? Paraphrased from 'Beach to boardroom' for sport watches. ;) )
