Another one nice hunting knife forged from 52100 round bar.
Little bit different shape this time.
It's forged to shape with thin slicer blade, nice taper and contoured handle.
It feels great in the hand, and it is very light, only 3,7 oz in a 10" knife

Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are hand sanded to 800 grit, and etched in lemon acid.

Details:

Overall length - 10"
Blade length - 5,3"
Blade width - 1"
Thickness at the back of the spine -3/32"
Tapers to 3/64" at the end of tang

Knife weight is 3,7 oz, and with sheath is 6,2 oz

Handle material: dyed and stabilized walnut root, black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.

Handmade, 9/64" thick vegetable leather sheath, made for right hand vertical carry.

That blade has an elvish "Lord of the Rings" look to it. Like the length of the handle.--KV
