Thanks man, glad you enjoyed it. Yep mine too, all I've had other than the machete have had the bolsters. I'm thinking the next one may not though just for a change of pace.

Saber grind?

Yeah, it's a high, convex, saber grind. He also does full-height convex grinds, I just happen to prefer a little more meat in the spine and his high saber grinds serve all my cutting purposes just fine.
