Hi Roland,
Sorry, I haven't received it. My server was down (my domain registration expired! I spent an hour on the phone getting it back up....) for at least several hours, so that's why. Could you please send it again?

Thanks much,
Phillip

This one is sold pending shipment. Thanks Roland, and thank you to everyone who commented. :)

PP paid. now i will have a Phillip Patton knife. my expectations are high based on the numerous enthusiastic posts in this forum. pretty sure that i too will become one of these enthusiastic posters. thanks Phillip and especially for the hair poppin edge !

picked up this knife at P.O. yesterday. Thank You Phillip ! very fine knife. excellent in-hand feel. spine is 'stout' but blade is forged/ground perfectly to a thin edge. sharp and a real slicer and in D2 so maybe i will need to sharpen it in about 2012. tapered tang is a special touch many makers don't do.
i have quite a few custom Drop Point Hunters from well respected makers and although specs may be similar, the knives "in person", or in-hand, aren't. that is the case for this knife too; very distinct and pleasing look and feel, as though some of the maker's energy and effort resides within it.
so thank you again Phillip. i am very pleased and proud to own this knife
and sheath is of matching quality and with a unique belt loop placement that puts the knife in hand (L or R) immediately.
those who do not yet have one of your knives will also be very impressed and pleased when they do.
