I made this one for Martin. It is the larger version of my hunter design with finger groove per Martin's request, which I must says adds a lot to the design in my eyes. The blade is ATS-34 with a satin scotchbrite finish 4" long 5/32" thick. The handle is tan linen micarta taken to 600 grit by hand and is 4.75" long. Nothing fancy on this one, but it should be a good working knife. Feels very comfortable. Thanks for looking.

Man, that thing is a perty cutter. Good work.

I liked what I've seen from Mr. Barker a way back when he started. Did you see his last 6 knives or so, very nice pieces.

I haven't bought a knife in a while it seems. This knife looks to fit just what I wanted, can't wait to get my hands on it

Like Dr. D said "I'll be proud to own it"

PS Mr. Rowe anytime your ready this year let me know...

I'm not a micarta fan, but love this knife. For me to say I like a knife that is handled with Micarta is a rare thing. First class work, my friend!

The knife and sheath arrive today and I couldn't be more pleased. I wish John would post a picture of the leather sheath with buffalo insert, gorgeous leather and well made.

What I look for is imperfections, fit and finish as well as design etc....and usability. This knife is in brand new perfect condition, there is not a blemish or scratch anywhere. Fit and finish is flawless. The handle is very comfortable and with the first finger notch in place very safe not allow fingers to move forward on the blade.

The knife looks better in real life, 9" overall with 4" of cutting edge, it's a good knife IMO
