SOLD

Made this one from Aldo's 1095fg high carbon steel. The spine was clay coated for a nice hamon. It balances right on your forefinger and feels good in the hand. It's dressed in a nice richly colored set of Padauk scales that I contoured for double palm swells. Here are the specs and pictures:

Steel- 1095fg X .140
AOL- Just shy 9 1/4 inches
HT- In house with claycoated spine and differential quench
Grind- Flat primary with a polished convex edge
Blade- slightly over 4 1/4 inches
Finish- Hand sanded to 2000 grit, etched and hand polished for a nice hamon
Handle- 4 3/4 inches
Scales- Padauk wood
Hardware- 1/8 nickel pins and 3/8 stainless tube
Sheath- RH pouch style hand sewn from 6-7 ounce vegetable tanned leather
Asking 160.00 shipped in the USA

Wow over three hundreds and looks and not one it sucks, I must be doing something half right anyway. Seriously guys this is a sweet cutter that is razor sharp. Lots of activity in the hamon that took a lot of hand polishing to bring out. I'll do 145.00 shipped in the USA.
