Hello all,
Here today I have a hunter in 5160. This blade has been sitting around waiting for me to find time to finish her.
And here are her specs:
4.25" 5160 with a shallow convex grind, 3x normalized, 3x quenched and 3x tempered at 400 deg. F. For a nasty sharp edge. There is an interesting double temper line, one bisecting the blade and one right at the top of the blade where the guard meets the steel.
4.75" curley walnut handle finished with 5 coats of tru oil to show off the chatoyance and brass guard. The handle has a coke bottle shape to it that fits the hand nicely left or right.
I do not have a sheath.as of yet. I'm actually waiting for funds to buy a side of leather. So if you want a sheath please specify lefty or righty.
I am asking $160.00 shipped in the 50 U.S. international is extra.
