I have a couple drop points today, another one of my Kiridashis and a slightly different take on my Gunstock drop hunter pattern.

I finally got some more yellow dyed buckeye, and this hunter is the first piece to go out with some. This wood is a customer favorite, so I'm starting to try and keep a bit more on hand.

I wanted to see how this looked with a light swedge, and it looks pretty good in my humble opinion. A whole different personality compared to the FFG version I have been doing.

Here's another drop point dashi, in old growth Redwood burl this time. I love this stuff, it looks great on so many designs. This is my take on a super practical no-nonsense edc. Has a bit of class, but still ready to get work done done and tuck away out of sight afterwards.

Those look nice. Love my Dashi from you. Sweet little blade. Plenty robust, even for a small knife. This is a great price too.

That dashi is calling my name, but I already exhausted my knife funds for the month. I love those redwood scales!

Thanks for the comments everyone, much appreciated.

I really need this hunter to move. I pretty much wiped out my materials and consumables stocks, making knives to help pay for our house, and have quite a bit that I need to order in asap.

I'll drop the price on this one to $199 shipped. If you've followed my postings of these knives, I think I've dropped the price to this level one other time. If you've been thinking about picking up one of these, now is a good time. Generally they move quite quickly.

This is one of my better efforts at this pattern, and the swedge is going to be a less common feature, although I think it looks superb, it is still a variant of the basic pattern. I bought six blocks of yellow dyed buckeye burl, and this was the first I used because it was my favorite. I'm a little surprised it hasn't moved to be honest. A huge amount of flash and shimmer, terrific metallic sheen and complex color palette in the wood. All pro, no con.

This one has coloration unique amongst every piece of this yellow dyed buckeye I've purchased so far(probably around 25-30 blocks). The similar hunter I listed today may look a bit more interesting in the photos, but I assure you this wood will dazzle you once you see light hit it.

Okay I'm scratching my head on this one? Of all the patterns I sell, this is the one that reliably moves, and this one is way towards the best end of the spectrum as far as this pattern goes. :/
