Hello Friends, please, let me to offer to You one of my recently finished fixed blades.

This is my smaller hunting knife. Blade is made of K110 tool steel, hardened and tempered to 59-60RC. Very thin edge provides excellent cutting performance.
Handle is covered with two scales of stabilized wormy sherry wood. Scales are glued and hold on tang with three riveted brass tubes. Knife come with cowhide sheath.

overall lenght is 206mm (8.11")
blade is long 90mm (3.54")
blade thickness is 3,5mm (0.137")

A simple, well made hunter like that is all that you need to make quick work of field dressing an animal. I like that the sheath can be mounted in a crossdraw fashion as well!
 
Very good looking Knife.!

What are the measurements on a regular Hunting Knife ~~ "Blade length & Scale or Handle length".?
Plus ~~ what do you usually use for Scales.?
