Hello gentlemen,
I present to you, a knife that I just completed.
The blade finish is acid stonewash.
This knife has a cow leather sheath, wet formed, hand stitched and made especially for it.

That is a good looking knife, I especially like the acid wash and aged brass. May I ask how you did the aged brass?

Hello, thanks for the comment.

About the aged brass.

I grease the detail with asphalt lacquer. After that I scratch the places with a sharp needle, where I would like it to burn and carve through. By an electrochemical method (12V DC and salt water) I burn through the places, where it’s scratched and left without lacquer. Then I process the detail with cold oxidation in order to darken. At last I rub the oxidation with steel wool.

Jelio.. so awesome. If I was a rich man, you wouldn't even have to post your knives, because you would just be mailing them directly to my house.
