Fun and easy to make this is a stock removal knife from 1/8 inch 1095 high carbon steel. (In my humble unscientific opinion 1095 holds a great edge and just seems to slice better than some of the other high carbon steels)
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycle to Rc 58-60 creating a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind with mill scale left on the flats
Curly maple handle. It's not stabilized but heavily oiled.
Overall length: 7 inches
Blade: 3 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
SOLD delivered within the US. My email and PayPal account is gldrewknives@gmail.com
