The blade is 52100 hand forged close to the final shape. 4-1\4" edge. Just over one inch wide at widest. Flat bevels and nice taper to the tip. Slightly polished.
The guard is cow bone, hand carved and dyed.
The handle is (supposedly) Box Elder but I do not know it for sure as I got this piece from a person that passed away. So I can not verify.
The wood was vacuum treated and has very rich figure.
The sheath is 9Oz leather. Hand stitched, dyed. I tried to make woodgrain pattern and match it to the handle.
It is very sharp and ready to go.
