I bought some white bone scales from Pop Knife supply and played around with jigging and dying them. I am pleased with these results.
Stock removal from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace to Rc 58-60 using three normalizing and two tempering cycles for a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind (the harpoon clip is not sharpened)
Approximately 3/16 inch thick at the choil
Weight: 8.2 ounces
Jigged bone handle with black carbon fiber spacers
Overall length: 8 inches
Blade: 3 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
SOLD. delivered within the US. I will ship out of the US but extra (actual) shipping costs will apply.
