Hey guys, check out this ax I got for you! I really like how it turned out! The steel is 80crv2 @ 60rc in the bit and spring tempered in the hammer and tang by peters heat treat. I made two of these things and tested the other one quite extensively. Let me tell you, this thing destroys! It is surprisingly nimble in the hand. You can chop all day no problem. I am really happy with the 80crv2 and the heat treat. The tang is skeletonized to weight it forward and lighten it up. The handle is black g10 with shadetree tequila sunrise micarta grip. It has flared ss tubing for hardware. I left it with a hammer poll but I can modify it to a flay poll on request. Let me know what you all think! My email and paypal is tarync.6@gmail.com

Incredible. Looks like a mix between a fireman's ax and a viking ax, but mutated with radiation and pumped up on steroids. If I can find enough things to ruin I might come back for this.
