As kids in Wichita Falls, Texas, we called almost any fixed blade knife not found on a dinner table a "hunting knife". Bayonets from the army-navy surplus store were a notable exception. Here is an example of those knives of my youth filtered through the decades in my imagination and memories until now. I find voluptuous handles comfortable and cool looking as well. Contact me at goslaughter@outlook.com with questions or comments. All my totally handmade knives from Broken Branch Clay and Steel have a lifetime warranty. Any knife that fails in normal use will be repaired or replaced. Domestic shipping is included in the price. PayPal is convenient but other options such as postal money orders or checks are available for the asking. Thanks for taking a look at one that stems from my fine childhood memories.
