This is a new design for me. It is a hunting knife with a nice belly for skinning. 8" overall with a 4" blade and handle.

The blade is O1 tool steel with a saber grind and a 30deg micro bevel. It was ground to about .0040" behind the edge so it is a pretty sturdy cutting edge. I left the heat treat scale on the flats. I think it makes them more interesting. It will wear off eventually but the O1 will have a nice patina by then. I balanced it right at the index finger for more control and less hand fatigue.

The handle is made from exhibition grade curly maple. (that just means its purdy). I lined it with some white G10 to give it some pop. The pins are nickel silver.

I decided to go with a dangler on this one with saddle tan dyed leather. The lighter color dye shows the imperfections in the leather and makes it look like an old cowboys saddle.

Price is SOLD. Paypal only.First "I'll take it" followed by a pm, gets it.Must be 18+ to purchase. You are responsible for the laws in your area. Thanks for looking.
