Which side will you wear your knife if the sheath is left handed?
I'm trying to understand what exactly do you mean.

It looks as though if worn on right hip, cutting edge would be facing forward. Most right handed users would have the cutting edge facing back. If worn on left hip, cutting edge would be facing back. So would work well for left handed users either on left hip, or on right hip for a cross draw.

When I make knives I don't know what kind of user will have it. You can wear this knife every side. For left handed users on left hip the cutting edge will be facing back.
