Fallkniven h1, you can probably find one on the exchange for around 80$ or an f1. Vg10 steel would be fine. Having a good knife to me is well worth the money when it's cold and getting dark and you have to hurry and quarter an elk without having to stop and sharpen your knife every few minutes.
