Mullies refers to mule deer.

Yep, mule deer, western ranging. The two we took last year were around 220 lbs.

Used a BK11 to skin 2 does last season. It worked fine. Skinned only, some one else gutted and quartered the deer. We had kind of an assembly line going. I did removed the para chord wrap before skinning the deer.
