Hunting spot(s) in Central PA?

I am now living in York, PA area and would like to hunt locally (vs. travelling to W PA). I would greatly appreciate suggestions of areas within an hour or two of York (I83/Rt30 junction). 1st priority is deer. 2nd is small game and 'plinking'/hiking with a .22. 3rd is summer hunting of varmits/coyotes (travel up to 3 hrs). My past favorite had been in W PA. It included beaver dams, streams, woods, clearings & some farm land. Work has been keeping me too busy, for too many years. I would love some suggestions...

Thank you for the reply. I checked the PA Game site & they have a program to submit an application to participating land owners. It is a great theory and supposedly 60,000 plus participants in PA.
