Bluepoint (now Multitool) MLT3400 Hurricane Belt/Disc grinder. 2x36 belt. Specs can be found by googling "MLT3400 grinder". Camera's dead at the moment.

Sure. It has a slack side and a side with a 5" adjustable platen. Belt travel can be changed to vertical, horizontal, or any angle inbetween. Contact wheel is 3.5" across. Drive wheel is maybe 5 or so.

Edit: Just a note. 4x36 belts are easily split and more widely available than 2x36, so no worries on finding belts.
