Hurrrrray! I'm just OBESE!!!

I want to lose another 10lbs, could stand to lose 15lbs still...

6'0 and 185lbs, only fat on me is the gut. I knew I was overweight when I was 200lbs in january, had only been 170lbs in november. Been 185 for the last month.

This thread was the final push I needed. I have finally got into a plan that I had worked out for a long time. Now I run and cycle 5 x a week lift 4 x and am trying my damndest to keep away from the potato chips (Ummm potato chips, is there nothing you can't do? *Must be said with Homer Simpson voice :) )

I ordered in a bunch of EAS Myoplex too for meal replacement. Getting enough protein is hard when you dont particularly like meat and fish makes me gag! :barf:

I'm 230 and 6' I'm looking to drop about 20 to get down to my 'fighting' weight ;)

I've lost nearly 1.5 stone since the end of feb. When I came back off my holidays I was 15st2lbs now Im 13st12lbs.

I just cut out a load of the food I used to eat. If you work behind a desk all day you dont need to eat much unless you do hard exercise every night

To lose weight I've been eating
1x cup of coffee for breakfast
1x soup or slimmers sandwich for lunch
1x kit-kat mid afternoon
1x normal meal at night

Friday lunch I go for KFC :D:D

for about a week I was so hungry I felt sick, then I got used to it and now Im fine and have started losing weight instead of gaining it

BF, you may lose weight eating that way, but you'll never be able to maintain it. You diet doesn't appear to be very sound. You may want to consider some other alternatives.

I don't want to debate the pluses or minuses of the Atkins plan. I do know this; that I'm never hungry, my energy level is great, I have no problem sticking to it, and I do lose weight. I'm not advocating anyone go on Atkins, but I think it's a mistake to starve yourself or think of a Kit-Kat bar as a meal. Always remeber, if you go back to the way you were eating when you were fat, you will get fat again. The other thing is, the weight goes on a lot faster than it comes off, and usually with a few extra pounds of fat too boot. :(
