you can use this to wrap cheese, or a pork loin, or eggs and hash browns for the perfect breakfast too.
 
I cooked that at a campout one time and a big pan of artery clogging artichoke dip with toast. pretty much my whole family went into a coma.

fantastic artichoke cheese and spinach dip if your interested.
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
a big handful of spinach greens
1tsp peper
2tsp minced garlic
1/2cup mayo
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
8 oz grated parmesan cheese
2 oz grated swiss cheese
4 oz grated jack cheese

combine cheese in a mixing bowl with the artichokes and tomatoes and spinach, in the other bowl mix the mayo, alfredo and spices dump it on the cheese and everything else and mix it up good, put it in a skillet and heat until every melts and stir it. serve it hot with sliced french bread toasted.

keel over from clogged arteries and satisfaction.
 
I usually mix up a batch of that dip and put it in a big ziplock and fix it a campouts. Its pretty awesome over a open fire with some nice grilled ribeyes
