I'm not a skllled hatch/axe user, but in my personal planned transition from big knife to hatchet, that .21 lbs matters somewhat to me, and I like what appears to be a more chokeable head on the GB, which theoretically lends a little more control for carving, camp kitchen and potential field dressing.
