Those oils on ebay are for internal use !! For a wood finish the linseed oils , though perhaps , labeled 'boiled' ,have driers which you should have to speed up curing. Linseed oil over time will both oxidize and polymerize to form a more water resistant ,harder finish. Use a number of thin coats letting each dry a few days ,to get the proper finish.

btw one more question I also bought this http://www.ebay.com/itm/171694787626 After doing some research I found out it was not boiled does that matter? Is there a risk it'll go rancid?

No, that will work; raw linseed oil will just take weeks/months to dry instead of a day or two. The boiled stuff simply dries faster due to additives. Post pics when your new axe arrives!
