Hydraulic press ram

I finally got a hydraulic press I picked up wired, vfd installed, and running.
It has a 6gpm pump and a 5hp motor. I'm getting around 1"/second speed out of it and it easily folds schedule 40 pipe and then folds it again.
Unfortunately the previous owners, who used it as a punch, welded a 1.5 inch thick block of steel to the rod by running the rod through the steel, so I lose 1.5" of travel. The setup as is only has 2.5" of travel. Ok for most mashing but not for damascus stacks which I want to do in the future. If I grind the welds off damage to the rod will ensue, and the seals are already questionable.
So, rather than deal with all this, I am thinking about just going out and picking up a new hydraulic cylinder for the press. I would like a 5" bore cylinder with a 6-8" throw, and a blind end tie rod mount.
Can someone please suggest where is the best place to pick something like this up? I checked ebay but didn't see many tie rod mount cylinders available with that large a bore.
Thanks in advance

Thanks Salem,
The "blind end" on a hyd cylinder is the end opposite of where the rod extends from. A "tie rod mount" is where the tie rods extend beyond the base for the cylinder to be bolted to a flat surface.

After finding out what an actual replacement would cost (whew) I went back to Salem's suggestion and found a cylinder that I can cut the clevis off , get some longer tie rods, and make into a tie rod mount for a quarter of the cost.
Thanks much!
