I received this new as a gift, it is unused and had sat along with a couple other water bottles in my closet.
There is one issue with the flask. My wife accidently dropped and dented one small area on the flask. It did not harm the integrity of the inner liner but there is a dent about a half an inch in diameter on the corner of the flask.
I will throw in a hydroflask sippy top and strap with the package. I am asking $oldshipped Conus for it PM me if you want it!
