If you had a slippie like a trapper or deuce or something and the main clip blade or spring wore out and it no longer locked or had any snap, do you think Buck would warranty it and would you expect them to?
Yeah so do I.
I fortunately although no suprise have never had to take Buck up on thier
4ever warranty. I also have read story after story of spectacular Buck customer service.
I have inherited my grandfather-in-laws Case barlow. I'm told it is a 1976 version. It has been well used but it is in pretty darn good shape except the clip blade is slip joint is wore out or broken. So I call Case who are supposed
to have a lifetime warranty. Their customer service states that they are not covered for wear, and they dont have any replacement parts to fix it even if I was wanting to pay to have it fixed. I guess this really belongs in Whine and Cheese forum but I just had to let it out and say
