Hypothetical situation, What's your choice ?

Well, the scenario won't be a problem for me, as i am living in peaceful europe.
But if it would surprise me say on a holiday trip i would choose

folder: any Moretti combat folder
fixed: selfmade 20" khukuri
multitool: Victorinox swiss tool

Folder: BM 710 Axis
Fixed: Fallkniven A1
Multitool: SAK multitool

I'd grab my Black Cloud Knives Y2K Camp Knife (9.5"), Mad Dog Arizona Hunter (6"), and forget the folder, I'll take my David Boye drop-point hunter(4") instead.

There was a mention of "peaceful Europe." That presumably excludes the Balkans. :-(

Choices will vary according to whether you are joining an army or guerilla band, if there's one out there worth joining, or you are trying to get yourself and your family out of the war zone.

If I'm going to fight, I might want a military combat sort of knife in the mix, and I'd want to keep the rifle and give the pistol to somebody else on my side who should be armed but isn't.

If I'm a refugee, I don't want to be seen with a rifle. That would make me a draftee or a target or both. A concealed pistol might come in handy to discourage robbers or at least take one or more of the bad guys with me. A big 9" Busse Combat strapped to my leg probably would attract unwanted attention too. Modest folder, modest fixed blades carried discretely, and a shovel for heavy work and field sanitation.

Leatherman Supertool
Benchmade 710 axis lock(always with me)
Chris Reeves Project 1
with these 3 I could rule the world(ok maybe I'd need a little cash too)

I'm just glad nobody said, "The best knife is the one you have with you," again!

That's just an early apology for not carrying a good knife at all times!

Just my opinion, but a dang good one!

I'm only going to list knives that I have owned or own now.
1)Benchmade 710
