Hypotheticaly custom shop of SAK exist...

Farmer with scissors.

Well, that was easy!;)

That's a good one.

I'd also like to see the bottle lifter on The Electrician and The Harvester replaces with a combo tool, as on the Bantam.

In all honesty, most of the ideal configs for me are production models. The Compact. The Waiter. The Golfer (with combo tool instead of divot thingie that the early ones had). The Executive. The Camper. The 84mm Tinker.

Compact+saw layer+stayglow plus scales
and........
Compact+saw layer+stayglow plus scales+pliers layer
and........
OHT+stayglow plus scales+corkscrew instead of philips+no-serrations on blade+canopener and bottleopener layer replaced by combo tool and small non serrated blade and maybe a scissor layer
Alox versions of all of the above (obviously without stayglow scales but maybe offered in different colours).

Like Moe mentioned, most of the ideal SAKs for me are already in production. But if I could change anything to my deluxe tinker, I'd have the large blade fit so that it has a locking mechanism and I'd throw a small compass one of the sides.

I see a lot of love of pliers here. Do you really find them that useful? To me they're too delicate for any moderate to heavy work. They're ok for holding something, I guess. But I avoid models with pliers, actually, because the pliers layer is so bulky.

In a nutshell, I think Leatherman invented a better mousetrap for multi-tools with pliers. I prefer the non-pliers model SAKs. But to each his own.

A farmer with scissors and corkscrew.I like the corkscrew for the small screwdriver(tightening up reading glasses screws),anp opening wine once in a while. Also if they could figure out how to put tweezers and a toothpick in Alox scales,it would be perfect.

I can't see them putting a corkscrew on an alox because none have ever (to my knowledge) had back tools. But I realize this thread theme is hypothetical.

The Picnicker is close. Separate cap lifter and can opener tools instead of a combo. And it has a reamer. Otherwise, it's as you described.
Yes, a Picnicker with a non-serrated blade or the older style Nomad with T & T would be nice.
Edited to add: I've just bid on a used, non-serrated Picnicker on eBay. (It was listed by a reliable seller.)
