I’m looking for a small fixed blade

For a small practical knife, the Benchmade Nimravus comes in small and regular size
pretty handy blade shape too, see this Link for more info, they come with partial serrations or without, your choice.
Rugged all purpose knife.

I second the Boker Krein Pocket Bowie, really sweet lil knife with nice details (white liners) and very versatile shape.
 
If it hasn't been mentioned already the ESEE H.E.S.T fixed blade is a winner.
