  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I almost cried today....

That faith was short lived , and shattered when I saw a black woman whack her kid in his head and say "come on n****r". That's just awful, but that's a different story for a different time.

I agree with most of the posts and trying to reverse the obtuse political correctness, but I did not understand the relevance of this part...

I was only saying that for a short moment I had a small yet great victory in my mind... A toy company selling a knife as part of a SWAT toy set. As knife people, we know there is nothing criminal about knives. The company wasn't worried about societal pressures. I was in a happy state of mind and then not 15ft away I saw a mother talking to her child like that. It really ruined "my moment"...

Personally I don't care that he added it. This sort of nonsense still happens and we shouldn't burry our heads in the sand when we hear about it. It's not acceptable and we shouldn't put up with it. It's called having a moral compass. Only idiots use that term.

Rejoice at seeing knives being regarded as acceptable items for children to have access to. Opposite of rejoice at seeing people freely and readily applying supposedly disparaging terms to their own children like it's nothing.

Knives are the basis of Bladeforums. Social commentary slides too easily into political commentary. Lets keep that in the Political Arena.
