I almost just killed myself

I was closing my SOG Trident as I was walking down the stairs when I had a misstep. I stumbled and dropped the knife. As it fell toward my feet, I freaked out and jerked them away from the blade, in the process completely throwing off my balance. I fell down the rest of the stairs, followed closely by my bouncing knife, which finally embedded itself in the last stair, 1 foot from my face.

I win the idiot award.

And may I add YIKES!!!!
