I Always Wanted a Taser

Guys, it's Around the Grinder... nothing in here is meant to be taken too seriously, it's just folks goofing off. Lighten up a bit :) For goodness sakes, we all need a chuckle now and again :D

SJ, what?? don't leave... PULEEEZZEEEE :(

Remember, the grinder is like our whine and cheeze but not so far away :p

There are tazers that can do a contact taze, can't remember the poundage required on the front of the tazer.

I still say my favorite cops and tazers thing I've seen was on a Vegas Cops episode. Cruiser pulls up to a liquor store to the scene of a disturbance. There's like a 6'7" 400# biker (wearing colors) sitting on the trunk of a car. Cops pull up, this guy stands up and starts to stretch like "here's lunch". 20 seconds later he's screaming about how tazers aren't fair, he just wanted to fight.

My favorite tazer incident involved female cop who intended to draw her tazer but drew her firearm instead (by mistake?). You know what happened. Of course my other favorite female cop incident involved a female Las Vegas cop who was pointing her firearm at a suspect lying on the ground and then for no apparent reason discharged her firearm at the suspect. Missed the suspect from three feet. (this was caught on film) WIMIN COPS! hurumph!

Down here we had a female training officer shoot her trainee while he was cuffing someone. No real explanation on why she even had her weapon out. Neighboring city had one of it's PD Lieutenants die during training, he was doing a weapons retention drill and decided he didn't want to use a red gun.... failed to clear the weapon, you guess the rest :(

showing who's boss of the situation maybe  :) I know the act isn't funny, I'm just being a fascist pig because a woman was involved ..:o:D

If I remember correctly this same officer shot someone during a traffic stop when they went for their wallet. I do admit she worked probably the worst side of town and this shooting was about a week after an officer was killed doing a "routine" traffic stop about a block away. I don't think she's on the force any more.

HOLY *#*# I never laughed so hard!! My midsection hurts and I have tears all over!

Dan,

What do you mean "just being a fascist pig because a woman was involved?" That's about my normal regular everyday opinion about wimin being involved but don't tell anyone. I've already been chastised for being a misogynist. It all started when we gave em the vote. And another thing . . .

back before i got into church and had even dreamed about going into the ministry. my brother had bought a stunn gunn. well a bunch of us were all drunk and partying shocking our selves and each other. it was a hoot to listen to some of them...... a very good time at the moment.

now i've grown up a bit.......

Last July 4 , I friend of mine ,living on Lake Of the Pines, decided to take in the fireworks display. He surmised in order to really get a close-hand look , it would be better to get closer to the water. He had a few too many drinks and his wife insisted he enjoy the fireworks alone.......,and... outside. After much thought he decided he could get a "up-close and personal (ring-side seat) in one of the boats , docked at the pier.
He managed to finally find a seat in a flat-bottomed boat that had not been used in weeks. He settled down after placing his "ice chest" in the boat and decided to "have another" as the fireworks was just beginning.
As he reached for the lid....he felt a lighting strike sensation to his arm! There was just enough light from the fireworks to realize he had " BEEN bitten By a snake!
Instantly , still in a "fog" , he remembered seeing on TV where electricity would disiapate snake venom as well as any anti-venom serum.
He managed to get out of the boat and make is way up the hill to the house.
First he thought of the 120 V outlet outside , but realized he would have to "strip wires) , etc in order to get the set-up for his quickly depleting situation.
"LIGHT BULB"....His wife had a Tazer in her purse....and it was in her parked car , a few yards from him!....He ran to the car and luckily she left it unlocked. He saw her purse in the seat and emptied all it's contents in the seat. THERE IT WAS......The Taser....He quickly unsheathed it and proceed to tase the poison that had been injected into him from the snake! HE PULLED THE TRIGGER.....AND....it knocked him on his arse....and kept him there...kickin and flopping.like a chicken .....until.......the barbs pulled out.....About that time his wife walked outside to see was was causing all the commotion ...and what a sight !!............His pants were wet....he had shit his pants....BUT.................HE WAS SOBER AGAIN !!......After gaining her sympathy she agreed to rush him to the hospital it was determined the snake was not poisonous , ...just pissed... after having an ice chest sat on it....Lesson TO Learn.....DO NOT DRINK AND WATCH FIREWORKS AT THE LAKE......:D

Hey Dan , I made it through the winter. Almost. Our economy is better than most but I have felt the pinch. I am sure looking forward to summer.
With no one mining in the winter and the cost of flying out to the bush i have not been buying much mammoth. I thought as you get older things were supposed to get easier.
I now have a heard of young grandsons (11) and this is what makes life worthwhile.
