Hehe well I think i've solved the potential wear problem with the barrell rubbing on the inner handle. I cordwrapped the entire handle as well so it can stand up a bit better to chopping.. my hand was pretty rattled after chopping that day plus it gives a nice surface between the dguard and handle for the barrell to rest.

Now that is an idea for the next Action Movie!!

Hero getting tired of chasing the running bad guys, stabs his blade into a tree/car/building and starts taking them down!!
