I agree with Aaron. Identifying as a "hacker" is probably not the best way to garner support and advise from a large online community. The term is typically associated with online fraud or viruses and many may not take kindly to it. The term could mean someone stealing banking information or personal info, or some 15 year old kid in his basement jail breaking his smart phone.
