I made a document in photoshop 120x120 pixels. I pasted the original image in, and transformed it to size. I then used the save for web option and used the 60% setting for compression. It ended up being around 5k in size.
 
well, I used two different methods.

you can either crop a 120x120 pic directly from the original, or you can crop any square resolution from the picture and then resize. Afterwards you just need to tweak the jpeg compression setting. I think I used 15 or so.
 
I just got an email from Steve saying that the knife I won has been shipped. He also explained that he got into a scuffle with a cop on the knife laws forum and was "banned for life". I looked through his posts and while he clearly does not hold LEOs in the highest of regards, I didn't see anything that was a "personal attack" persay. However, it is not my place to govern these boards, nor would I want the job. Our super mods have a tough job, and they do it as well as can be expected. He told me to tell you all good bye, and that he had a great time while he was here. It's a real shame. I didn't think he was a bad guy at all:( Anyway, that's the long and short of it based on the info I have gotten.

well, foo. that's stinky.

back in the day, all parties at the playground involved would have their say, their day, and their exclusion. this ain't that playground, and i don't know the rules i guess. hope he comes back, get's his $50 credit, and things get calmer.
