I am getting a home/shop at last.

I lied, I'll show you what I'm dealing with.

Hi Erik,
It looks like your layout will have to be spot on, but heck it could be worse right, you could be outside under a tarp!

Doh! Did you have to go there Greg? ;)

Get that one car garage filled up, Erik.......then get to work!

Oh, I'm working Jon! Getting one house ready for lease and leasing another is a massive undertaking, I'm finding out. The irony is that I may be able to get more space out of this one car garage than the 2 car I'm leaving because I have set a strict rule that there will be no "storage" in my shop. That's what I built the shed for, except that's for my tools as well. Ha! I'm going to build a bike / wagon shed and everything else we don't use on a regular basis will go in the attics.

Awesome Erik! I love the strict no storage rule. It's what I did with my 19 year old daughter. I gave her the master bedroom and the entry closet. So far so good. I only had to 86 a box of her stuff once before she got that I was serious.
Then.... She found my re-usable grocery bags in the entry closet. I WILL NOT make that mistake again.... gulp.

The sacrifices we make for our kids can be painful but are worth it!

Hope to see your new shop pics soon!!

Classic, Brian. My daughter is 4 but she's going on 19, yikes. It's like Sanford and sons around here and the company I rented the trailer from keeps calling me to ask if I will ever bring it back. Weird, I'm moving from a 1000 Sq Ft to an 1100 Sq Ft (garage, shed and playhouse not included), but I apparently have enough stuff to fill 3 properties, because it doesn't seem to end. I'm taking that trailer back tomorrow and on Sunday I will rest, relativity speaking.
