Kirby (my dog) and I are finally home safe and sound!! We had an amazing adventure going to Alaska, as well as coming home. I was fortunate to be able to visit many family and friends on my home. Aaaaaah, it is sooooo good to be home at last!

Now ... when will you write your travel diary? In these Internet days, anyone can write and publish their own book ... :cool:
 
Good. How are you feeling? Any headache problems?

It looks like I will be in the Boston area in August, and will probably have to give a couple of talks at Woods Hole. We should try to get a drink then. I will expect to see lots of pictures. :D

NathanS: The wrist is good. I went to have it casted in South Dakota, and was told it isn't broken. I still have a good deal of pain in my pinky & ring finger, that extends down into my hand & wrist. THANK YOU for asking!
 
I'm glad you and Kirby had a great adventure and got home okay. Please post some of your Alaska photos.
 
I also have an appointment with an Orthopod on June 3rd, to look at my hand/ wrist. It is still hurting a great deal.

Thank you all for the welcome home!! 'Tis REALLY good to be home.

I been busy unpacking, which I completed in 2 days, been online job hunting, and doing a variety of other things around the house.
