I am in need of a bit of help!!

Cheers chaps Russell just sent me a PM on BB and said you were delivering the info!!
Thanks Paul.

Hi all over in the US, my question is about an English maker. The chaps name is Keith Moorby, he also made the knives for a company called "Stud Custom", i met him the other day. One of the British Blades.Com members works for one of the few companies left making knives and we had a tour of his works "Taylors Eye Witness" and this is were i met Mr Moorby "who is the general manager" and Russell is very interested to see if there are any websites with examples of his work. I am also very interested to have a look at some of his custom knives, i will edit the thread in a few mins to put on the sub section on BB were the pics can be seen, i think you will indeed find them interesting.
Go on britishblades.com then Events Meetups etc look for Sheffield meet up pics. I reckon you will be pleasantly surprised.
Paul.

Hello all,
I was doing a search this evening and came across this thread. I just wondered, anything I can help you with? For my sins, I`m married to this fella !! :-)

I`m not sure f I`ll be able to get a picture on here. Even if I do, t won`t be a very good one, as I`m not a photographer, but I`ll give it a try.
We have 3 knives left here at home. They were made around 1982. We also have quite a few blades ready to be worked on, plus handle materials etc. But Russell was wondering if there were any pictures of Keith`s knives anywher, or indeed, any of Keith`s actual knives. This post is just to say, yes there is :-)

Hello there. I just came across this thread. I feel I have to correct you slightly and say that Keith never sold knives for any other maker. He does still work for Taylors Eye-Witness, though it`s only part time now. He`ll be making his own knives again this year, and I`ve just made him a facebook page where you can see seome of his work from the early 80`s, plus there are links to some of his work that other people are selling at the moment
