I took the hundred knife journey. Tested them gave them away with the promise to give me feedback. Gave them as gifts to folks I new would not be embarrassed to be honest. A few of them I just laughed at and threw in the trash.:barf:
There is so much to learn.
After ten years, I have developed, a great appreciation for what goes into making a beautiful functional, work of art.
When I go to the shows these days and find an exceptional beauty, I pick her up and marvel at the effort and pride that it took to produce her.
For those of you just starting out, enjoy the journey.
To those who have mastered the craft, thank you for staying with it long enough to do your finest work.
