It was not an expensive knife, only about $40 dollars. It was a crkt ripple, by Ken Onion. It just felt so right in my hand. Silly, I know, but I just feel like it is out there all alone. So lonely and scared. I hope someone found it and gave it a good home.

Rest in peace CRKT ripple.

Is it really lost or is it just MIA, I misplaced a $100+ BM Mini Reflex for 5 years and found it, don't give up hope.

I've lost/found many folders in my house, it's a good feeling to rediscover them, don't give up, and keep looking.

In my experience 99% of the time my recliner ate it.(found a cross pen I lost a few years ago the other day)
Hope yours is something similar and it turns up.

I was kicking my self for losing 2 knives in two days. Drove me nuts. About 5 days later, one of them shows up in the pocket of a pair of pants. The next day, I found the other one in my car, it had slipped out of my pocket. There is hope! I hope you knife finds its way back home.

Thanks for the support y'all. I will consider it misplaced and not lost, for a while. That actually sounds pretty cool finding a knife you lost a few years later. Sorta like meeting an old friend you have not seen since high school.

Um, they sell them everywhere still, and it's only $40. Move past your mourning and BUY A NEW ONE! Your old one will never know you replaced her, and even if she did, she'd understand.

Not that easy. I lost a Kershaw Tactical Blur some time ago. I've probably bought 50 knives since then trying to find just the right knife to replace it. Sadly, my collection continues to grow as I continue to try to replace that knife with "just-the-right-one". :D

Was one of those 50 a Kershaw tactical Blur? That might do it.

Only knife I have lost is a CF S90V Para 2. It is really gone and not something I can afford to replace.

Well I didn't lose it, my now wife did, over the side of a boat so it is gone forever and no one else gets it. I knew it was gone but still dove around for 30 min but the grass was too thick and we were moving slow when it fell so I wasn't sure of the exact spot.

I have been meaning to take a small bottle and tie some fishing line and a weight to the other end so I can throw it to mark a spot if something needs to be marked but still haven't done it.

At least you can get another if you want it.

Can you tell me around the exact location you lost it........

I'm just messing with ya,

When things like this happen to me, it always means a better knife is making it's way to you.

I just hate it when it's my turn in the barrel.

Something great is around the corner.....
