Therapy is very helpful if you can find a good counselor who you can relate to, and who can relate to you. Ours saved our marriage and, perhaps my life. Talking is a great help, but so are some of the wonderful new medications out there to straighten out brain chemistry. I used to be skeptical, but not now.
Get help, pal. Don't think you can get through this with guts alone. There are better ways.
